I found a few things disappointing . The absence of readily available beach umbrellas was a hassle. Guests seemed to reserve the few shaded spots early, causing some frustration (should I wake up at 6 am to get a spot?). the main pool lacked bar service, a real letdown when you want a drink without moving. The quality of outdoor space really suffered as a result.
